What to Do.

Fill in your consultation paperwork online. Come only about 5 minutes before the appointment. Have your Private Health Fund card or number. You can pay by credit card eft or cash.

We aim to have a 40 min consultation completed in total in 40 minutes from entry to exit of the studio. While consultation and discussion of issues are critical in the treatment outcome, we also aim to maximise table time for actual treatment. You must remain clothed during the treatment to the level of underclothes.

If you are late, it no problem, we can always complete the majority of the appointment. You will be charged off course for the original appointment.

We don’t always encourage or prompt you for rebooking. However, please feel free to rebook after your treatment. We are usually booked a few weeks ahead, so it is best to book a few appointments in advance after your initial treatment. Otherwise, your treatment will be disrupted and be less effective if you cant get appropriate follow ups.

We don’t do recreational or relaxation massages. Sadly, we also are also not experts in health, disease, lifestyle or diet, although there is a big connection to muscle health. Therefore, we don’t offer any advice other than to reinforce the narrative that has been long established, that good living will help. We do aim to share best or new practice where it is appropriate.
