This is designed to hit all your key dynamic and stabiliser muscles. The Focus is on the shoulder and the Hip/Back connection and incorporating all the elements from the Back Stretch, this is a complete tune up for the body. originally designed as a 2 hour treatment for fly in/fly out workers. It is now offered to others as a more effective 40 min compact and dynamic version.
